Okay i got the purple band! I think it’s 70lbs i might be wrong. I bought the band in according to the chart (that was dumb of me). The band is very thick and like impossible to do proper pull ups on. I just wanted a slightly heavier band just to practice my form for pull ups but I think i’ll just stick to the lighter band i have. I already have a red band that i use for assist pull ups but i got a different brand. The chart is only helpful for this product when you want to get a lighter or heavier band. I bought these to replace a similar sized band that broke. They're strong and durable but they are stiff and not very stretchy/elastic. Most other band's elasticity feel like rubberbands, but these are plastic-like, and I don't like using them. Maybe that's why they're so durable?
