  • Great tool
Bought for my wife, she uses it at least weekly if not every other day. Every time she uses it she talks about how great of a product is and how it’s helped with pain she has dealt with for years, which now seems non existent. Great buy

  • Great product
Love using this tool in my massage practice. Great fit in your hand, not to heavy or bilky. good grip. Works good on scar tissue. Would only recommend for people that know what they are doing or you could cause some serious skin and soft tissue damage. Little costly

  • Worth the price. Great relief for hands
I bought this for my hands. I work with my hands, warehouse work. So my hands and forearms get stiff and tight. Massage did not help much. I bought a different, cheaper, flat metal guasha tool several months ago. It helped a little, but not enough. I had hesitated to buy the Wave Tool because of the price. Eventually I needed relief enough to take the chance. (There was a Prime Day discount.). It is worth the price. It really helped my hands . I hadn't realized how much pain I had in my hands until it was released. The tool comes with instructions and links for more info. I would advise one to follow instructions, and start gently. Avoid scraping tendons. I am glad that I purchased the Wave Tool. I would buy it again if I lost it. ... show more

  • Magic in a Scrape
As an Exercise Science major, I was introduced to this magical tool of sorcery by a professor. After clicking “Submit” on Amazon, I waited what felt like years—well, more like 28 hours—for it to arrive, eager to put it to use. When it finally came, the product arrived exactly as pictured, with no damage at all. I immediately tried it, but… nothing happened. So I tried again. And again. Still, no noticeable results. When Monday rolled around, I brought it to class (yes, I’m that kid who loves show-and-tell) and asked my professor how to properly use it. Let’s just say, she humbled me. As she demonstrated, it felt like my scars—both figurative and literal—were ripped open, ready to heal. Turns out, I wasn’t applying enough pressure. However, she also warned that too much pressure could cause harm. The key, she said, is finding that perfect balance. When I got home, I gave it another go. Unfortunately, I couldn’t scrape every area—these two arms can only reach so much—but I worked on what I could. It was effective, though intense. Amazon suggested I comment on comfort: the answer is no. But an IASTM (scraping) tool isn’t meant to be comfortable. If it feels comfortable… you’re not using it right. Just remember: find that balance. ... show more

  • super tool for fascia release
Discovered this via my trainer. I put off buying it because of price but was able to save some money on it on Black Friday. Works wonders on tight shoulders and calves.

  • Great tool!
This little tool is genius. Scraping or massage have helped tremendously with my recuperation from hip surgery. Does help to get instructions from a physical therapist on correct use.

  • Before you have hand surgery work with a pro and try this.
Not a trained technically but have a strong understanding of anatomy. Would not use unless you have this understanding or you could do damage rather than heal. In my case, specific application to trigger finger. Four months, occupational hand therapist for two months, brought improvement but not a cure, cortisone injection brought complete cure, for 2 weeks, then back to pre-injection status, went to chiropractor that specializes in sports therapy and he used graston and Active Release and had a big improvement but still problems after two visits, I was leaving the area due to covid-19 and he suggested that given my knowledge of the hand and finger anatomy to buy this device and copy his treatments. Well unbelievable results. The hand doc had suggested more injections or even could have surgery to cut the pulley in my hand. Just two more treatments, 2 days apart with ice afterward and woke up this morning with no trigger finger, still some tenderness and not 100% (yet). But now expect full recovery. Can noticeably feel a reduction in the bump in my tendon. ... show more
