Until now, I have shied away from "hobo" bags but times change and I needed something roomier. This is that and more. I love the colors which are true to the photo The bag feels well made. Not too heavy by itself. My only wish for this and all bags is that the lining at the bottom of the bag was a lighter color so I can find all the stuff that falls to the bottom. I’m a fan of the Sak handbags and have too many to count. I guess I didn’t pay much attention when ordering this one because I have another one that’s very similar. This is a very nice handbag, but smaller than I prefer. I removed one star because of the size. The colors are more appropriate for autumn in my opinion. I am writing this review exactly one month after purchasing this bag. I so wanted to leave a good review as I usually love The Sak bags. Not this one. I have repaired this bag no fewer than 6 times since I recieved it. Not returning it because I'm sure there will be the same issues with its replacement. I have never had any problems with their leather bags. I believe it's a quality issue with the materials, not the craftsmanship.     • The strap seam is upside down!

This shoulder bag has some good features. The bag is attractive, and it holds plenty of stuff. But in my opinion, the strap is sewn on upside down. This annoys me a lot. The seam is up and the smooth side faces ones shoulder. You can’t flip it over when you carry it as the handle is too stiff. Apparently this is intentional since the closeup picture of the handle is the same. It wasn’t worth sending back, but I’ll be glad when this bag wears out. ... show more

This lightweight handbag is just the right accessory to go with a Summer wardrobe. I knew I would be getting a quality bag with a SAK. Love the bag's neutral color and the leather strap elevates the look. When carried on the shoulder the top of the bag drapes nicely over the front. Love having an outside pocket and this one has a secure zipper closure. The interior is very roomy and the wide zippered pocket will hold your smaller items.     • The strap is reversed

The strap is reversed. The seam side is up (visible) and the smooth side is down. It's annoying. Other than that I like the bag. I didn't notice the picture when ordering the bag, but looking at it now I see that the strap's seams are on both sides, no smooth side. What's up with that?! In another review (King, 7/20/19) she said the same thing. But like her I won't return it, but I don't like it!!! ... show more
