These bags are beautiful, very roomy and soft luxe quality suede. I have one recommendation, do yourself a favor buy a purse organizer. (They have them here on Amazon) I’m wondering if that’s why it says it’s frequently returned. Anyways if you don’t use one , you will def. loose your stuff at the bottom. I bought 3 sizes of this bag ( Los Feliz) and I love them all ! I love the quality of them. I bought 2 in mushroom suede, and one in the sand suede, colors are gorgeous ! Just know and expect that there is not really any organization, that’s up to you to provide. This is a beautiful bag and is good quality, but it is huge with little organization capabilities. The suede is soft and the color is exactly like the picture. The purse is lightweight, but with a very sturdy structure.
