The description of this bag stated that it was leather. The bag I received is crocheted. That being said, this bag is beautiful. The color blue is the color of the sky when it is almost dark in the summer, a beautiful dusty blue gray color. The yarn used to make the bag is soft yet substantial. The stitches are uniformly tight and straight. I wish I could crochet like this. I was expecting leather but I can live with what I have. One big negative is that this bag came folded in a paper bag. It has two heavy duty creases on either side that I hope I can get out. The bottom support consists of a stiff piece of something enclosed in a polyester sleeve loose in the bag . From being folded, this too was bent. For as much as I paid for this bag I expected better than I got. Amazon should read these product descriptions for accuracy and Sak should make sure their product descriptions are accurate. Buyers should be able to depend on the accuracy of this description and It shouldn't be a surprise when the item arrives.

The bag is beautiful. The leather is soft, “slouchy”, and exactly what I was looking for. It looks great, and I want to love everything about it. There’s just one problem. The strap sheds little tiny bits of leather. I’m hoping it stops over time, but so far, every time I carry the bag, I’m left with little pieces of brown leather all over my clothes. It took me a minute to figure out what was doing it. Maybe there’s something I can “seal” it with, I don’t know.

Bought specific for cruise to Alaska and it was perfect!!! I had my rain jacket in there with the phone wallet binoculars and other necessities for if needed. Got the matching Sak phone wallet to be able to grab out of it when that was all I needed. Perfect set, matching colors, excellent quality!!

Have always like the sak brand. Saw these on line loved them. Was confused looking at pictures and reading reviews in other colors because of the question we’re they lined or not. Bought three of them. The sage dusty blue and black. Then decided to see if there is a bag that looks the same but is actually a purse and not a large tote bag like reviews stated. There is -it is lined and has a zipper closure. It is 169$My sage bag is a tote but is lined.Odd-And doesn’t cost more. Odd. The dusty blue is not lined. Havnt got the black one yet but don’t believe it will be lined. I do like the style and the leather it is soft. I don’t like stiff bags.May keep the sage but will return the black and dusty blue. Will probably order the dusty blue purse with zipper. Love the color. There are a million black bags out there less then 169$. Actually saw Coach at Marshall’s for less but it is stiff. Then saw a yellow buttercup Sak bag for 80$ was looking on line and saw these, so that’s how I wound up having to return 3 bags eh🤦🏽♀️And hopefully That won’t be an ordeal! UPDate: Got the purses in with zipper and lining. They are somewhat smaller and don’t have the tassels. Don’t feel the smaller ones are worth the price.Decided to return them and keep the larger tote bags. Like the size and look better. And the sage colored one has a lining also.

I love this thing. Got the soft green color and wear it practically everywhere and every day. I can fit everything including my laptop with room to spare but it looks stylish, not sloppy. The leather is so creamy soft and the quality is amazing. Worth every penny. I went and bought the smaller slouchy bag too. And did you know there are Sak sandals???!!!! I wear those every day too! The Sak is my new favorite. I guess I’m a Sak girl now 🤷♀️
