I love the color, style and light feeling of the bag itself. The strap though is not great. Different shade of color and looks really cheap. I am online looking for strap replacement.

Many people commented on the tan leather strap of this bag; said it was too thin and didn't go at all. Well it does go well. I have 5 other SAK bags and love them; they are well made and reasonably priced. This one, dark silver is a pewter-like shade that goes with everything. The bag is light weight but very roomy. It has 3 interior pockets plus one zip pocket on the outside. I always wear cross body bags. They keep my hands free so the weight is distributed across the body. ... show more

I have another real leather purse from a different company which has a snap closure like this one. On this Sac purse when I put it on my shoulder the top just gapes open. I know that it's not the snap closure because my other purse doesn't do that. My other purse is cut a little differently by the handles so I'm thinking that's the difference. I am not comfortable carrying a purse that gapes open. Additionally, when I touch it it does not feel luxurious. My other leather purses feel nice and thick and substantial. This one just doesn't hit that mark. Also the strap that goes over your shoulder really feels cheap. This for this price I just can't justify keeping this. That said - it was a nice size and I love the fact that it's leather and unlined. It had nice pockets inside. The shoulder strap was a nice length. I love the look too. I’ve had this bag for 6 weeks and it’s falling apart. The strap is coming unstitched and the purse cannot be used. I’m so disappointed in this bag. How do I return it?!
