The idea is very cute, but the city/town I requested was incorrect. I received the wine glass with only half of my city/town name while the other half was left off completely. I attempted to contact the seller and received absolutely no response. After waiting with no response, I attempted to process a refund/replacement and marked the item as “damaged or defective” but received an automated reply that the item was not eligible for a refund. I finally had to contact Amazon directly to receive a refund. The seller did not pay attention to details of my order and did not respond to my attempt to reconcile.
