My hair is pretty long and I typically wear it in a bun, however I have discovered that in doing so I now have a layer of hair that is broken right where I use a bungee tie. I needed a solution to keep my hair out of my face while working, yet try to maintain my hair and this hat is going to help in that. There is two holes, one for the pony, the other for hat adjustment. I have it cinched all the way down to fit me so there is quite a bit of excess, I typically find my size and sew the end to the cap, but this usually leave a very strange looking bump, this hat removes that, placing it UNDER my hair so the top remains looking smooth. I wear hats frequently when I’ve skipped a day of washing my hair. This is probably the most comfortable hat I own. I love the cutout in the back for a higher ponytail which makes it look very cute. The fabric is so soft and lightweight and the color is a beautiful dark purple. Will definitely be great for hot days since the fabric is very breathable. ... show more
