The Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution can be used once daily ideally in your PM routine. If you are new to chemical exfoliants or direct acids, it’s recommended to start with 2-3 times a week, slowly increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Can I use Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner with other acids or retinoids? Do not use the Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution with other direct acids (like salicylic acid) or strong retinoids in the same routine, as it increases the risk of irritation. Alternate or use one set of formulations in the AM and the other in the PM. Is Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner suitable for all skin types? The best toner. Doesn’t break me out, I like the tingle, my face and skin has been so soft and glowing. It’s been about a month and I’ve paired it with a light face wash and moisturizer, and my face has been better than ever. Helps with large pores, and lasts a long time. This is great if you have never ending issues with blackheads and dull skin. Basically the glycolic acid peels the dead outer layer of skin cells so the fresh shiny new cells can pop up, and also blackheads can get out faster once the dead skin is out of the way. I used a bottle and just didn't order more because I have too many skincare things and wanted to reduce. Ultimately I do in fact need this in my lineup. My skin went back to weathered and dry looking, bumpy, when I wasn't using it instead of the smoother glass look I had 24/7. My skin would probably like a 5% formulation better (this one is 7%) since it's tingly and kind of sensitive when I'm using it, but that sensitivity goes away for me so for now I'm going to keep using this. I have very fair, delicate skin and this has made such a difference with postpartum discoloration, especially on my underarms and groin area. It does sting a little when you apply it, but that’s normal since it’s exfoliating, and the feeling doesn’t last long. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts forever.
