Outstanding book which comes with a CD. This is a good start on learning more about pain. Yes you have to do some homework and exercises. The author is part of the world famous Stanford University Pain Clinic. Her research is solid and has personally worked for her. I am NOT on Opioid's but my friend is. Please complete my order. The book was advertised with a CD that is part of the program. It's missing, so the book by itself is only half of what it is supposed to be.

    • Very well worth the cost
The cd is excellent. Although I am a meditator, this is a clear, easy to follow script. The voice is very well modulated and paced well. The book is excellent. I am glad that I purchased this.
