My oldest grandson plays drums in his high school marching band, and with this set, the entire family can now embrace their inner drummers. The drum set comes equipped with dual built-in speakers, drum sticks, and drum pedals, providing everything we need to get started. The Bluetooth-compatible app adds another layer of convenience and connectivity. Whether you're a beginner or have some drumming experience, these drums are incredibly user-friendly and provide endless fun. The more we improve, the more enjoyable it becomes, and the sound quality keeps getting better. I commend the craftsmanship of this drum set. It's evident that it's been meticulously designed and well-made. The quality shines through, making it a pleasure to play and ensuring its durability. The only minor drawback is the absence of a storage pouch or bag. Although the set rolls up for easy storage, it doesn't stay rolled up on its own. However, this is a small issue that can easily be resolved. I am currently on the lookout for the perfect bag to keep and carry the drum set, as well as to store the sticks and foot pedal. The media could not be loaded. The app that this drum pad comes with is fantastic! It’s a lot of fun! It’s like having your own personal teacher who has you do challenges that remind me of the game Rock Band. It’s fun and easy for all ages. My 2 year old has fun playing with this and so does my husband. It’s easy to connect via Bluetooth. My husband also likes using it as a basic rhythm percussion to go with his guitar playing. The media could not be loaded. These are great electronic drums. Our son wants to learn how to play the drums and I decided to order this for him. The son was very happy and already had several lessons. He really liked the educational system. To do this, we downloaded the App INSTA DRUM as recommended in the description. The application is simple and easy to use. In my opinion, these are just great drums for beginners or for someone who has never had drumming experience and wants to learn. With a teenager showing interest in drumming, I got this roll-up pad set hoping they'd at least be able to practice rhythms and fills; while it's fun for a few minutes using the companion app, overall I don't feel like the price is worth it unless buying for much younger kids as a time killer. The presentation is nice, with the drums rolled up and everything individually wrapped up. Id warn anyone getting this to make sure to find the lipo battery before throwing away the packaging, as mine was underneath some of the foam and almost got tossed out. Hooking everything up was self explanatory, and the buttons were easy enough to figure out as well. One issue we had was with the pedals, which aren't detected at all unless the 3.5mm jack is pulled out slightly. The pads are also pretty small, so things like crossovers are impossible using the included sticks. The app is hit and miss - quite literally. Connecting was quick through Bluetooth, but the app was registering almost every hit as two. There was a scratch off section including a code to unlock the premium version, which in my case did not work at all. This means half the features were basically unavailable without paying more on top of the $80 price tag. That price is probably the biggest complaint, given all the above; I don't think id recommend this for any more than $50 as a toy for younger kids with interests in percussion, who probably won't use the app at all. ... show more
