    • Bad design - makes bag top heavy & chest strap too high

This bag looks clean and simple which I like but upon using it I discovered it is not well designed. The outer zipper pocket is half the height of the bag. Once items of any weight are in that pocket, the bag becomes top heavy. In addition, it would have been nice if that pocket had been made full size so there would be more storage besides the main pocket. Aside from the main pocket and the half pocket, that’s all the storage. One more small front pocket would have been nice. The sleeve barely fits my 9”x13” laptop. The straps are uncomfortable for me. If I don’t clip the chest strap, the straps turn sideways and cut into my chest. I am short (5ft 2in) so maybe it’s made for a taller woman. Again, the bag looks sleek and will probably be ok to take my laptop back and forth to work but I don’t think I’ll be using the bag for much more than that purpose. Update: I fully loaded the bag for a flight: laptop, iPad, power cords, chargers, mouse, wallet. The bag became heavy and I could never get the straps adjusted so they were comfortable. Without the chest strap, the shoulder straps wanted to slip off and were uncomfortable. With the chest strap buckled, the chest strap was choking me. There is almost no ability to lower the chest strap. I will keep fiddling with the shoulder straps but at this point it seems I will need a different pack for travel and this will be used for going to the office only when I carry limited amounts in my bag. Again, I’m short - maybe it’s better for someone taller. I have an older pack that was not as sleek but much more functional and comfortable for travel. Disappointed. ... show more
