I purchased the color: Tnf Black Heather and it looks great! As a bald man, my head loses a lot of heat when it gets cold outside. As someone who lives in the desert, it can get very chilly, so I'd always have a beanie on hand. I used to have the tactical type beanies, but they changed the material, so its no longer the polar fleece 100, its micro fleece and it doesn't feel the same from before. Yes, this is a little bit more than what I'd like to spend, but it is DEFINITELY worth it. It stays on your head; it keeps my noggin very warm. I usually don't make reviews, but things that work great for me, I'd leave a note so others can see and help them make a choice. Best of luck. ... show more

High quality hat. Thicker than my other beenie. Very warm. But... my hat size is 7 1/4in a large head for sure but bit the biggest. This hat is a little tight. It fits snug against your head and is secure. But I do still feel a little more pressure against my head from this hat. It is still new so I'm trying to wear it a little more. But if you have a large ir XL head this might not be the hat for you. I was hoping it was a little bigger than it was but over all I'm still pleased with the hat. ... show more

I wouldn't say this hat is stretchy, so if you like your hats a little on the stretchy side, this one is probably not the best choice for you. The material is VERY thick, causing it to be an extremely warm hat. the material is soft and comfortable, not at all itchy, so I don't mind wearing it all day if needed. Quality material, does not fade when washed, and does not shrink when washed. I have not had ANY problems with the hat riding up on my head due to having a lot of hair, so if you too have a lot of hair and don't like when a hat slides off, or works itself off your head due to your hair, then this is indeed the perfect hat for you... STAYS PUT ALL DAY! In short, I would give this hat a 4 out of 5 stars, and I would absolutely purchase this one again in the future. ... show more

This is a medium wear hat meaning it wouldn't be great in very cold weather. I also noticed that it seems a bit short/tight to my head compared to other hats. It doesn't seem to come down far enough over my ears. Good quality and good for cooler but not very cold days.
