I like this bag, but like someone else mentioned there were some seams that were not stitched properly. In my case, it was the place where the shoulder strap meets the bottom of the bag. Clearly not something that can just be ignored. This seems like a manufacturing problem. I requested a replacement. The bag seems great otherwise. Laptop pouch is nice and soft. Good volume. But it does worry me for the long term durability of the bag.

My son needed a larger backpack for middle school. This is perfect! It is adjustable in multiple places so that it can be made larger or smaller. It fits a large binder, his lunch, his laptop, track clothes, etc. perfectly. Very pleased with the design. Also, the straps and back padding are very ergonomic.

The bag has a lot of perks, it's well thought out and many pockets are appreciated. However, what's the point if it falls apart after a month of regular use as a college bag? I'd like a partial refund due to the quality control not being present, lose threads, unsecured pockets and unstitched in random places.
