One size fits all. This hat is awesome. I got the large (one size fits all?) and no I didn't measure my head. It is warm, cutting out that cold wind. Yes I'm bald. The quality seems outstanding and it soft on the inside. It's worth getting. Surprisingly enough it was even snug on my earlobes. The hat stayed snug and movement didn't effect it.

I purchased the color: Tnf Black Heather and it looks great! As a bald man, my head loses a lot of heat when it gets cold outside. As someone who lives in the desert, it can get very chilly, so I'd always have a beanie on hand. I used to have the tactical type beanies, but they changed the material, so its no longer the polar fleece 100, its micro fleece and it doesn't feel the same from before. Yes, this is a little bit more than what I'd like to spend, but it is DEFINITELY worth it. It stays on your head; it keeps my noggin very warm. I usually don't make reviews, but things that work great for me, I'd leave a note so others can see and help them make a choice. Best of luck.
