The media could not be loaded. the feather is very dirty, it looks like it wasn't cared for ages, I'm not talking about the context of the feather, but quality product. It looks like it's goona break in seconds, I bought it with no intentions to use it, but just use as a decorative item in my collection. Very cool for the HP fan. The quill is a replica from the movie and isn't a real feather. Inspite of this, it's pretty cool. The base for the quill is awesome and truly a nice piece. It's got a bit of weight to it and has the Hogwarts crest on it. It's much nicer than the quill stands I'm seeing at Universal. Very nice representation of the writing quills seen in the Potter films, after all, these quills are for students use. They are not meant to look like expensive writing quills. If seen as such than well worth it. Very happy with mine, will go great next to my Tom Riddle diary.

Bought this for my girlfriend, she love it and uses it to write letters for people. The only issue I have with it is that the quill looks rather cheap, but it serves its purpose.

My nephew is going through a Harry Potter stage and He wanted a quill, and was THRILLED with this. My sister has to be seriously on top of it when it comes to refilling the ink, as it's a mess to get the ink in there, but I think they've figured it out by now. He loves, loves, loves it.
