Quill stand is quite nice.
Very cool for the HP fan. The quill is a replica from the movie and isn't a real feather. Inspite of this, it's pretty cool. The base for the quill is awesome and truly a nice piece. It's got a bit of weight to it and has the Hogwarts crest on it. It's much nicer than the quill stands I'm seeing at Universal. The box itself is also pretty nice and looks good on a display shelf. ... show more

The Noble Collection Harry Potter Hogwart's Writing Quill with Stand
Review Image by Bob Watson
This product was purchased for my granddaughter, along with some parchment paper, in connection with the Harry Potter theme which she has recently embraced - she is very much enjoying it and has promised to write me a letter with the new writing instruments - I told her I was old enough to have once used a writing quill in school and she got a kick out of that - the product is as described and arrived on time - she is very pleased and that's enough for me ... show more

Does a good job.
Bought this for my girlfriend, she love it and uses it to write letters for people. The only issue I have with it is that the quill looks rather cheap, but it serves its purpose.

Love it.
My nephew is going through a Harry Potter stage and He wanted a quill, and was THRILLED with this. My sister has to be seriously on top of it when it comes to refilling the ink, as it's a mess to get the ink in there, but I think they've figured it out by now. He loves, loves, loves it. I bought him some parchment, and he's constantly at his desk working on his penmanship! Yesssssss. ... show more

Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover
Well, OK, you can judge this book by its cover because not only is it attractive, it is also fully functional. I bought this as a Halloween gift for my 10 year old cousin and she loved it. I'd recommend though that you consider the age of the recipient since spilled ink can be difficult (if not impossible) to clean up. ... show more

it is not a clean piece
the feather is very dirty, it looks like it wasn't cared for ages, I'm not talking about the context of the feather, but quality product. It looks like it's goona break in seconds, I bought it with no intentions to use it, but just use as a decorative item in my collection. I'm a big fan of Noble Collections, but this piece did not receive a minute of attention before sending it to me. I'm very disappointed. ... show more
