For the price, I expected a premium product but I got was, at best, a mediocre oil. I write very few poor product reviews as I do as much reading in advance of pulling the buy trigger. I will be trying other brands in the future in my search for the best Mahogany Teakwood oil. Even if the price was 25% of what I paid, I would likely not buy it as value for money would still not be there. I do not know what the other reviewers are smelling but it is not what I am smelling. Step up your game, Magic Scent, or else others will figure out that your high price does not justify your quality. As with my other reviews, I am one hundred percent independent and offer nothing more than my personal experience. I ask nothing more of all vendors than to provide the best value for money. ... show more

There’s no way to reach them, they don’t have an email nor are you able to message them if you have any issue. I currently use the brand Air Scent and i’ve not had issues with them in the past. I thought I would try this company as their marketing makes it sound like it’s a more premium room fragrance. However, the packaging does not reflect that as the lid is not even shrink wrapped on to prevent tampering or leaking during shipping. It does not smell like Abercrombie and Fitch, but that could be due to being open/leaked during Shipping/storage? Sending this back for a replacement and I will update my review then. The only way to reach out to the company is vehicle and it goes to an answering machine. I’ve left a message and I will update whether they get back to me or not. I would like to start off by saying that this is such a pleasing aroma. It truly can fill a room with the pleasant smell of teakwood. ( I’m a big fan of teakwood). It can be very strong at first as you set the strength and time on your diffuser. It took me a few hours to get it just right, so keep that in mind. The only disappointment I have is with the price. It is quite expensive. I do not know how long this bottle will last, as I am still in the process of using it, but I wish for the amount of money we spend on this, we should get a bigger bottle with a larger amount of scent liquid. I would probably purchase again, as it is a really nice scent. I would just like to see the price come down a bit. I would highly recommend purchasing this if you are like me and you like teakwood. It does have a similar smell to Abercrombie and Fitch! ... show more
