So I bought this thinking it would come with a new copy of windwaker and the used console. The game it came with is in a beat up old case and it has a ugly price tag sticker on it. Sensor bar covered in sticky soda substance. I also paid extra for faster shipping and I didn't see any difference in speed as if I didn't pay. The packaging itself wasn't great. Everything was loosely tossed into a box full of packaging peanuts. DID NOT INCLUDE DIGITAL CODE FOR BOOK!!! Game pad has dead pixels. DEFINITELY NOT INSPECTED as Refurbished should be! Gamestop sells this console for 99$, and the windwaker game version sent to me has a giant 24.99$ sticker on it. Hyrule Historia is ~25$. But this shipment didn't include the historia, so I paid 125$, not including shipping, extra. If I had known this is how the this product was, I would not have even bothered buying it. They offered for me to send the entire console back to put a digital copy of the hystoria and ww on it, but the shipping time there and back for a potentially equal if not worse game pad was not worth the risk. ... show more

One button sticks a tiny bit but all others function perfectly and it’s free of scratches/dents. Sound quality is good, too. Screen is in good condition.

This product was not as described, it had many cosmetic blemishes, deep scratches in the digitizer and unknown residue on the console and gamepad. It also hasn't been cleaned at all, the vents on the console were caked with dust. It was obvious that the certified reconditioning or whatever was just a scam. If that's actually a program Amazon stands behind they need to remove RetroRefresh as an approved vendor. ... show more

Works as intended. Came with an unopened copy of Wind Waker HD, I expected a used copy or digital. Few minor scratches on the gamepad, but not too many blemishes on it or the console. Basically like barely used. Did not come with Nintendo brand gamepad charging adapter but the charging block and cheap cable suffice. Hardware runs all software developed for the console. Priced to meet supply and demand, I suppose. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying one. ... show more
