This honey is delicious and can be conveniently stored in your purse, backpack, bicycle tool bag, etc. for use. Each honey stick is 1 teaspoon of honey and I bought the 100 sticks package for home use as well as when I am completing long-distance bicycle rides and need a quick source of glucose via 1-2 honey sticks (I have type 2 diabetes) to avoid and/or attend to an unhealthy low glucose level (hypoglycemia). I think that these would make a nice gift to family/friends, to your workplace/co-workers, etc.

These were yummy. I loves all the flavors except ginger so I used those in teas. But the rest I took with me while I doordashed and ate one when I felt I needed a little treat so I wouldn't buy food.
