This was VERY informative and lays out the history of fintech and evolution of cryptocurrencies and potential applications in the future. The concept around why crypto was created, applications for financial service institutions and the role large tech will likely play is fascinating.     • The treatment of the various topics in this book is very uneven.
This book is very uneven. The first couple sections of the book are quite basic and won't be useful to anyone already familiar with fintech. For those unfamiliar with either finance or the basics of modern IT infrastructure it is probably useful. But Then the cryptocurrency section will not be useful since it will be way over such a person's head. This section goes much deeper than the first two parts of the book. The section on AI was somewhere in between. Bottom line, I learned very little from this book and I'm not sure what audience would find it useful. ... show more
