I was so excited to find these for the price! I bought the cream color and the beige color as Free People dupes. The colors were both as depicted. I live by the beach so I love something easy to throw on over a swimsuit while still looking cute. These are perfect for that—great fit and style. They are comfy, although I’d say they lean on the small side both waist and length wise. They are also pretty fitted on me. My biggest issue is that they pilled on the first wear. Admittedly, I was carrying a large basket bag which probably rubbed the fabric wrong. I haven’t noticed that problem with the other pair that I wore without the bag so if you’re careful they may be fine.     • Wanted to love, but too tight

Wanted to love these but returned because the elastic was too thick (band ~2") and tight around the waist (ordered the largest size L. I have 30" waist, 40" hips, need the rise to be at least 10-12" @ 140lbs for reference) These were too snug. The knit was a bit thicker than expected, and hoped they would soften up a bit with wear or wash (but returned instead). So definitely a funny climate kind of situation where your legs enjoy the breeze (or would be too hot if you wore long sweater pants instead) to match the sweater knit top, but hips, belly + butt want to feel warm and cozy and chic. (This is me in Cali during the winter when I'm on my period and am cramping a lot) Was looking for a pair of sweater shorts similar to my Uniqlo haramaki (waist warmer) shorts which are cute (and discontinued), but way stretchier. Fabric is great, color is great. I have a bit of an apron belly and it shows everyone. Maybe if it was black it wouldn't show but these just didn't work. I also feel like the fit for the shorts are smaller than the top. I wish these were flattering....I would have kept them.

The shorts and matching top are very comfy don’t get me wrong, but you wear them a couple hours and they start to stretch out and lose shape. So you end with baggy unflattering top and bottom.
