Let me start with my skin type. I have oily skin (will oil up about 8hrs after washing). My skin is on the "medium" area of sensitive. Too much moisture and my skin freaks out and breaks out, not enough and it dries up to the point it flakes. I've got tricky skin, and I do my best to take care of it. Face wash is crucial for this, because moisturizer isn't always an option. So, I tried this product for several weeks. I washed my face religiously, in the morning and again at night as directed, with warm water and in circular motions. Following as directed produced no results in brightening, adjusting any type of redness, and actually made my skin feel worse and really, really gross. It offers absolutely zero exfoliation whatsoever. No amount of product I put on my hands/cloth offers exfoliation. I washed with my palms, no exfoliation. Tried using a wash cloth, the weird residue (talking in depth about that below) makes it difficult to exfoliate without feeling like it's tearing apart my skin from resistance. Tried using an exfoliating cloth similar to what shower poufs are made of, again painful resistance because of the residue. Not a fun face wash. I'll add, too, that this doesn't happen when I use literally any other soap to wash my face (shampoos, body washes, other face washes), this has only been an issue with this face wash. This product leaves a weird film on the hands and face that makes it feel like silicone or rubber. It's extremely unpleasant. I mean, extremely unpleasant. It's not even like it's a "squeaky clean" feeling. It just feels like I have a weird rubber mask on my face that's melted to the skin and refuses to come off. On top of that. it dries out around the areas that are my oily spot problems to the point it flakes the WORST out of any product I've ever used. This doesn't make my face feel any softer nor any cleaner. Just weirder. This hasn't made me break out, and it hasn't made my redness or trouble spots any worse. So that's fine. It cleans the face (I think), but as for what this product claims to offer, it's done none of that for me so far, which was very disappointing because after I read other reviews, I was very hopeful this would help me and my skin out, but it hasn't.

I have tried many Korean cleansers and this one is not all that it claims to be. First off, the main 3 ingredients it advertises on the packaging aren't even very high on the ingredients list. This means that the green tea, white lily, and rice water actually only make up a very small percentage of the product. All you have to do is look at the list on the back and see how far down the ingredients are, green tea is low and the others are practically last. Another tell is when I switched between cleansers, I was able to see results on my pore strips. I do a pore strip once a week as I have oily skin and enlarged pores. The 2 weeks I used this cleanser, my pores strips were full of gunk. The third week, I switched back to my Etude House cleanser and my pore strip had significantly less gunk. So I definitely wouldn't recommend this cleanser for anyone with enlarged or clogged pores as it doesn't do a very good job of getting your skin clean. It might be good for combo skin or someone who doesn't have huge pores like I do.

LOVE love love this face wash!! I've tried quite a few face washes but none have ever made my face feel as clean or refreshed as this one. I couldn't recommend it enough! For reference my skin type is a normal/oily combo, so if you have a similar skin type this might be a really good face wash for you.

Love this project!! My niece had it while I was visiting her in NY, I tried it and loved it. I have beer sensitive skin & it doesn’t bother me at all!! I’ve been using it for 3 years! Give it a try

I'm another person who received a sample of this cleanser via Ipsy who purchased this from Amazon. I tried to look for this in nearby stores but many of them either did not have this particular one or they had no cleansers in stock. To keep this short and sweet- I have combo skin and I'm acne prone. While I still get the occasional break out here and there, This cleanser has done a great job of fade most of my scars. Once I'm done with this tube (which will take a while since a little goes a long way) I may try the other ones to see how they fare. I may not try the one with activated charcoal though; that one may work a little too well, especially since the weather will be cooling down soon.

I’m 50 and have skin that is very oily, and easily gets congested and dull, but also starting fine lines around my eyes. This lovely cleanser dissolves my makeup and leaves my skin looking fresh and bright, clean but not stripped, hydrated but not at all greasy. Fresh palette for makeup or my evening skin care routine. The scent is mild and clean. I love everything about this cleanser.

I love this! Had an Epsie bag sample, and I was hooked when I tried it. I have been using this for at least a year now. I have supersensitive skin. I feel like everything breaks me out.
