I’ve tried many blankets and in various climates. When it’s tropical hot, of course a duvet of any kind is an overkill. But in San Francisco Bay Area like weather, having a cozy duvet makes all the difference for a good nights sleep. Some of the thicker blankets over time become lumpy and uneven. They are not always weighted and feel fluffy. Tossing and turning from hot to cold was the norm. With these silk duvets from the cotton and silk, I get a much better sleep and my sleep quality has increased drastically. The duvet is even, gently weighted and allows for turning motion without waking myself up, and keeps my body at the right temperature for an all night sleep.
