This book is basically a high level glorified cheat sheet. If you have never looked at FL Studio before it will give you a very high level explanation of what sections do what and loose descriptions on how to do things. If you are wanting to learn the guts of how to create a track, this book isn’t for you. If you are a total newbie to FL Studio, It will tell you what things are. But the documentation from ImageLine (The creators of FL Studio), it better and more helpful. If you already have basic familiarity with the FL Studio interface, don’t get this “book”. If you have never opened FL Studio, I can see this being of some help. There are a fair amount of grammatical errors as well but those are pretty easy to get past. Don't buy this book is not what the description say. The description say how to make music and that is not what this book do, Is just a introduction to the controller of the Daw. If you buy this book you will be disappointed, the picture on it is dark, look a the picture I put on my review

A 30,000ft. overview without a lot of detail. Stick with YouTube. Being new to EDM production I am finding it difficult to locate validated instructional materials.

As others have said, this book is pretty worthless. The examples are simplistic, no detail, no walk-throughs. Not worth the money by a long shot. Clearly, the author is just attempting to grab easy money. Avoid.

if you have never used a computer to make music before this might have some value but you can find more information for free online it less time than it takes to purchase this.

This booklet is a complete waste of money! It barely scratches the initial FLStudio interface and lacks quality pictures for at least half of what it does describe.
