If you're looking for an air fryer cookbook because you want to use your air fryer to replace deep frying, this is not a book for you. Also, if you have the remotest idea how to cook, this is not the book for you. This is a book for someone who has no idea how to cook, buys a lot of prepackaged food, and intends to use their air fryer for everything like baking and steaming, etc, perhaps because they don't have a kitchen with basic appliances like a stove. So if you're looking to "fry" frozen tater tots and "bake" prepackaged breads, go for it. Or just use it for a good laugh, like the paella recipe, which uses prepackaged frozen rice (is there really such a thing?), frozen artichoke hearts (huh?), and confuses paella's signature spices of saffron and paprika with turmeric. I never knew a recipe could have so much tragedy and comedy in one place. ... show more

Of the 5 books , I purchased on air fryer recipes, this one was the best written. This book included the number of servings for the recipes and it seems to be the only book that had been edited before printing.

Great product for the price, really nice simple recipes for the every day family and two person house hold. I love the fact that most of the recipes are what all of us cook on a every day basis. This will not be sitting in a cupboard with 50 other cook books. This will be used every day. If you want a air fryer cook book with chicken and pork chops and different potatoes along with stuff you have in your home then this is the one. No fancy dishes just good home cooking. ... show more

I downloaded the Kindle version of this book as soon as I'd opened my new air fryer. The manual that came with the fryer included no recipes whatsoever. I chose this book because it includes lots of handy charts that cover the basics (like how long to cook various vegetables based on size and whether they're fresh or frozen) as well as actual recipes for all kinds of dishes from appetizers to desserts. Answers most of my questions. New to air fryers, I have been "reading up" on the features and uses for this new tool. Three other cook books each answered some of my questions, but not enough to feel comfortable with my new toy. I bought several books to help me get started with my air fryer. This one was far better than all the others. It have great recipes with clear instructions and pictures. But the best feature by far is the chart in the beginning, showing sample cook times and temperatures. I love this book and keep it handy whenever I use the air fryer. Just getting started with my new air fryer and this book came recommended. I think it's very thorough and explains air fryers and how they work perfectly. Have tried 3 recipes and so far things have gone well. Have also found a ton of air fryer recipes on Pinterest - also helpful.
