It's not very thick or heavy which is pretty good for our florida weather. I've washed it countless times and the color hasn't faded and nothing is falling or tearing apart. I do wish it was a bit thicker fabric-wise because this would not work to protect your child from any chilly weather at all.

Pretty shade of pink so EZ to match to lots of outfits for 9yo granddaughter. Soft and always looks so nice. Will buy more in other colors. Ones in stores were 'too itchy and scratchy' for her, but this is buttery soft and she loves it and wears it alot!

I really liked this sweater and it would have been great for my 6 year old great granddaughter. I ordered a 6 as she is very petite but the tag said 5/6 and it looked very small.
