I grew up with a St. Mary's Press Catholic Youth Bible, although the translation was different. I chose NABRE as it happens to be the most accurate ( according to me, a 28 yr. Theologian) Even with 28 years of study, It's nice to have study notes and thought provoking questions like this. Keep in mind, this the Bible translation used in the liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church It is not a child's translation. I love the insights added in most pages so you get to understand the Bible more. It really helps in your bible study and understanding of the daily readings in mass.
