360 pages, published by the Flame of Love Movement, this Diary was written by a humble woman named Elizabeth Kindelmann, who lived in Hungary from 1913 to 1985. The Diary does not only contain high spiritual reflections, but also a message of great importance, and even more, an initiative of grace by the Most Blessed Virgin, that may be summed up as follows: Satan intensifies his efforts to ruin souls. His eternal opponent is the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. She obtained from the heavenly Father, by the merits of the Passion of her Most Holy Son, an outpouring of graces so great as have not existed since the Word became Flesh (the words of our Most Holy Mother). She will blind Satan with the Flame of light and grace which bursts forth from her Immaculate Heart. During the years going from 1961 to 1983, she received heavenly messages and she was directed to put those in writing. It started with an exceedingly "dark night." Following that harrowing event, the Lord Jesus and the Virgin Mary addressed her with internal locutions, words which she heard clearly in her soul. Virgin Mary: "You know how my heart is immensely in pain. Satan is sweeping souls away in a terrifying way. Why do you not all try your best to stop him and do it as soon as possible? I need your help. My heart is burning with sorrow because I see how many souls are being damned. Many are dragged away in spite of their good will. With a sarcastic smile, the Evil One extends his arms, and with terrible malice, he drags away those for whom my Divine Son suffered unspeakable torments and death. Please, help!" On June 6, 2009, a major event took place during the International Convention of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Budapest, Hungary. The original Hungarian Spiritual Diary of Elizabeth Kindelmann received the Imprimatur number 494-4/2009 from Cardinal Péter Erdö, Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest and Primate of Hungary. Read more

    • This Journal cut me to the heart.
I had been looking for a devotion similar to this one for some time, but I wasn't expecting to find it here in the way that I did. Flame of love, this devotion, coincides so perfectly with the needs of my soul at this particular moment in time that I can't help but believe that it was the Hand of Providence which placed it before me. The writings of Elizabeth Kindlemann contained in this journal tell the story of a soul who awakens to her yearning for God, that latent yearning to be found within every human heart, which she discovered later in life after having raised her family. In the course of working out God's call for her, Elizabeth struggles to discern the voice of God from the voice of her own will and from the voice of Satan's tempters. The solution or filter for this kind of discernment is not clearly given in this work, and Elizabeth shows in her writings that the state of unknowing is as much a part of holy suffering as the mortification and penitence of the flesh that the Lord asked her to practice for the obtaining of salvation for souls. The beautiful thread that wraps this work together, that wraps up all of Catholic theology and devotion, is the mystical union with Christ to which the soul of each man and woman is destined, with God's grace. Even though it never seems to come out in explicit terms, the locutions which Elizabeth records testifies to the Lord's Will to be united so intimately with her person – and our persons – that the distinction between is blurred beyond recognition. This is, after all, what it means to be Christian: a little Christ. Those who are familiar with the devotion to Divine Mercy will find this work readily to be commended, because its message is substantially similar. The work reads, perhaps on account of translation, very similarly to the diary of Saint Faustina, although their struggles differ in some detail. This journal is probably much shorter than Saint Faustina's diary, and more concise, with far fewer poetic embellishments and seemingly longer lapses of time between entries, but the message given here, as it was given to a lay woman, clearly extends the devotional practice of fasting on Mondays and vigils on Thursday and Friday to layman of the Church, and this call to repair for the multitudinous sins of our time is altogether fitting, especially for those who, like me, wish to do the will of God but yet struggle to know how best to step out in faith when clear direction is lacking. With some resistance from the appetites of my flesh, I have received this good lady's story as one given to the world by God for people like me. With His help, through this devotion, I am beginning to make this story my own.     • BUY!!!! Very important devotion for our times to BLIND SATAN & HIS ACTIVITY!
THIS devotion is SUPER IMPORTANT! Read this and then start practicing it. It was given long ago but was meant for OUR times. This is to SPREAD the FLAME OF LOVE of Mary's Immaculate Heart in the World to BLIND SATAN! The more he is blinded, the LESS effective he is! The better for mankind, who can then WAKE UP out of his lethargic slumber and worldly ties & worldly passions. After all, we are the militant church! We are not here to rest up with the worldly. We have a mission to save souls...& Satan is strong in our days (as we kick God out of our lives preferring the world and it's enjoyments). Jesus gave mankind and his mother this great gift of BLINDING SATAN through this devotion to her Flame of Love of her Immaculate Heart. It is a gift! Do we take advantage & help blind satan in our days or ignore it because we are tired and busy or find it, well, boring compared to our worldly interests? Imagine if everyone spreads this devotion and starts doing it: we will start to see mankind waking up and converting back to God: having a loving relationship with Him instead of thinking He is a bother to our lives and time. Anyhow, this is the dairy of Elizabeth Kindlemann and contains the devotion and all that was revealed. **Take Note: we are used to reads where this section you can read what Mary says and here you can read what The Lord says and here is the full devotion, etc etc This is her dairy as is and it was NOT given in that fashion. You will have to read and take notes or highlight and mark down the devotion. Then, you'll have a handy "cheat sheet" (ha). I downloaded such PDF's I found on the internet and I made a website blog devoted to this and have things broken down there and also a link to her ONLINE FREE READ of said dairy (I prefer to also have my own copy). So, you can do a search engine check on Devotion to the Flame of Love and locate it by the second search page at least ;-). I used this diary as a supplement to my time in adoration and loved its direct talk that comes straight from the Holy Family!
