My first purchase came damaged / flawed with a sort of gray smudge in a few places and some lettering missing. But the replacement came very quickly and is flawless. I use this nearly every day whenever I'm working and it keeps water cold a long time. I'm really happy I replaced instead of return as I am 100% happy with the product. Super cute!! Giving a full 5 stars as I'm totally overlooking the initial flawed one sent due to prompt replacement with no issues and superior quality of second shipment.

I used this as a white elephant present for my work Christmas party. Funny enough, my coworker purchased the same thing as her white elephant gift! It is great quality, cute, and although meant as a joke, it is something that people will actually use.
