I have had a pair of Tevas that I got years ago as a hand me down for hiking. I have loved them and worn them out. I searched local stores and online for new hiking shoes of other brands, for some reason not thinking to look into Tevas. After searching since Christmas of 2023, I thought to look at Tevas. Fast forward, I got these and a pair of low Grandview Tevas as a Christmas gift that I was involved with picking out. We measured my foot and went off Teva’s sizing chart-I highly recommend doing this. My foot measured to be EXACTLY a size 8, and I’m typically a size 9 (always). So, we ordered a size 8 and 8.5. While the size 8 did fit quite well, I wanted to have a tiny bit of room to account for swelling on more strenuous hikes. The 8.5 feel perfect as well. I can wear my thinnest and thickest sock. I came back and ordered an 8.5 in the boot style as well since I loved them so much. These are super comfortable AND cute. There’s a good amount of toe room without looking so bulky in the toe area like Keens. I just can’t stress it enough to MEASURE your foot!! I HIGHLY recommend these! I never wear boot style hiking shoes and was worried I’d hate the feeling but these have great cushion around the ankle and don’t hurt or rub. I love both my low and high style grandview teva hiking shoes. I don’t think I’ll ever try another brand. I just hope they continue making these!! And they are wonderfully waterproof! ... show more

I bought these because I needed water proof ankle high boots for gorilla trekking in Africa. I don't typically like boots that are that high, but it was recommended that I get some. I had tried on Merrill brand in a store and was not quite sold. I gave these a try and was super impressed. Very comfortable out of the box. I did end up skipping the very top hole for lacing, but they still went up higher than my old comfy non water proof boots. I tried to break them in walking around the city and up hills, but the big test was 4 hours up a mountain in slippery muddy conditions. They were great and never hurt my feet at all. My companion brought lower boots and sure enough her foot got stuck in the mud and the shoe came right off her foot. ... show more

I bought these half a size bigger to prevent your damage on long rocky hikes. They still fit very comfortable, the laces pull up very tight and the ankle shorts help leop your foot in the heel, but after several miles of hiking they do loosen up. Have held up to 8 miles of hiking a day 5 days a week

These boots are not only cute to look at but so comfortable. The wide toe box is perfect. I also love that the tongue is thin, not bulky like a lot of hiking boots. I can tell they will hold up and waterproof is an extra bonus!

These seem great so far! I looked at a lot of shoes to use for hiking and outdoor projects. These have been comfortable right out of the box. They look nice, seem durable, and have the vibrato sole with nice deep tread.

I may still be breaking them in after a day of wearing, but they’re very tight around the ankles and widest part of my foot. The toe box is also very wide. I’m hoping they stretch a bit. I usually wear a size 8 but went with 7.5 because the toe box was too long and wide.
