Updated my review : The manufacturer reached out immediately after I posted this review. They communicated several times and ended up sending me a new replacement within a few day. I have to say their customer service team was outstanding. Based on my experience with this company, I would buy again from them. They assume responsibility or a detective item and replaced it. Purchased this product as a gift for my granddaughter who was turning 3 years old. I purchased it in October to make sure we had it on time for her birthday on 11/26/23. It arrived earlier that expected and was easy to assemble and looks great in red!. My granddaughter loved it! She did a few test drive in the house with her parents using the remote control in November and December, and then it was put away for the winter months. Recently they charged it and took it for a ride and it only lasted 15 minutes and it was going so slow that walking was faster than the car. The remote works okay with minor adjustment on turns my parents. The wireless music is also not connecting, my daughter has tried it several times unsuccessfully. I'm writing this review to make buyers aware of both of these issues. I would like for the company to reach out to me and replace the battery and tell us how to correct the wireless music issue. This was a beautiful car. I was hoping my granddaughter would enjoy. I'm disappointment. I'm hoping the company stand behind their product and makes good. If they do, I will update my review.

So the first car we received was faulty, one of the back tires was not working properly. This was a birthday/Christmas gift for my nephew and he absolutely loved it! But he couldn’t ride around in it really, every time we tried, the back tire wouldn’t spin. I took a video and sent the seller an email. They helped me right away and made it all right. They continuously communicated with me, providing updates and showed a lot of support and care. Excellent customer service.

Purchased for Christmas of 2023. My 4 year old drove this successfully 2x in February, averaging 10 minutes of riding time. The next time she used it was in March. During this third try, sadly, the car stopped within 6 minutes of driving. Thinking somehow the charge wasn’t long enough, we recharged and re-attempted the very next day. THE SAME RESULTS. The remote works fine and the car is housed in our finished basement. Never exposed to the harsh elements. We have tried at least 10x since purchase and my child only drove it 3 times for more than 5 minutes. The remaining 7 attempts was 2 minutes, then heartbreak. The music plays, engine roars, and it moves 4 feet, then nothing. My daughter thinks Santa failed her. I have failed with this gift. Please beware and look elsewhere.

UPDATE: Company reached out regarding our issue. They took care of everything. Kids loved it but now it does not charge. Tried multiple times to charge over night but nothing. Contacted company through email but no response.
