No damage to the inner or outer box. Plastic reinforcing corners were present on inner (factory) box. Corner of box was smashed in. Obviously dropped on concrete at Chinese factory and packaged and shipped anyway. Amazon kindly replaced it quickly with no problems. It is not installed yet, so I do not know if there are any other problems.

Easy install and use. The top of the unit I received has a bow in it from shipping. And the breakers do not interlock so all can be active at the same time. Over all for $250 I have added a class 2 ev charger, tv plug and a 20amp outdoor outlet in one go is a great deal.

Bought this to connect our RV to a new service I installed. Pros: The exterior cabinet is sturdy, and the included receptacles are the typical 3 you'd find on any RV pedestal. Cons: First, I opened the enclosure to inspect the interior and was disappointed to find line side of breakers connected with industrial style modular bus bars. This makes any future expansion more trouble than it's worth. Second issue is the factory wiring is just about as short as you'd want it. Makes checking terminations more difficult than neccesary. Third, the included paperwork specs the enclosure/main bus at 125A. The main line terminals might be big enough for a #6 cu conductor. You're going to have to do something against NEC code to supply this with more than a 60A service. Fourth issue, you won't be able to get a din rail mounted line terminal style breaker like these at a typical big box store if needed. Bottom line, I regret buying this. I wish I would have went with a regular Nema 3/1 ph 100A subpanel, and hung my own bellboxes and receptacles off of it. The convenience of having this pre-assembled isn't worth the limited funtionality it provides. I'll move it to the side of the house and use it for something that isn't critical.
