It's got pros and cons. This is the only ring I've found that takes blood presure. It has pretty accurate step counts and it's comfortable to wear. Some con's being that I wish it would provide a low battery notification or have more features that paired with the phone.     • Good but no continuous blood oxygen monitoring

The ring works well and the app is easy to use but… despite it saying that there is a new chip with continuous blood oxygen monitoring, this doesn’t seem to be true. It only tests blood oxygen once every 30 min. So if you need that don’t get this ring.
