I absolutely love this case. I do not take underwater photos or anything. I just like to browse in a hot tub and it keeps my phone dry and gives me peace of mind in case of accidental drops. 😊 Just want to add that for those experiencing the echo effect, I did also but it can be solved by putting the orange plug on bottom in open position if your not by water. As far as biometrics I have had no issues. 100 percent would buy again.

I definitely would buy again. I had to buy a new Samsung Galaxy S25 because my Galaxy S9 (YES) 'died'. This is the same type of case I had for my S9. Stickers on new case indicate to not have a protective cover over your glass. Well, mine did, it was done by the store. And everything works fine. I saw other messages about opening where the charging port is...I have wireless charging pads and the phone charges. I've literally only had the case on for a few minutes so any issues, I'll update but so far, so good. Now, I dislike the finger print spot/circle on case that appears even after removing the sticker.

It was nice and easy to install. I was able to charge wireless with it. Sturdy. Unfortunately I couldn't get the fingerprint to work. Not a HUGE deal, I'm sure it was me and I'm going to try again soon, but the screen was responsive for me so I just put my PIN in and the face recognition worked. The pictures from all the cameras looked crystal clear, you couldn't tell there as a case on them. I have not yet tested how waterproof it is, I don't really want to? But I've used it in the rain and it worked just fine.

I bought these phone cases when i got a new phone. While at work i was changing oil in a chipper machine my phone ended up in the oil pan it was ringing that is how i found it i immediately took the case off and there was no motor oil on my phone i recommend this case

HORRIBLE! Can't have the case on the phone while talking on it. Gives horrible feedback/echoing. If the package wasnt already gone in the trash I would return it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Solid case and does a good job protecting things. The front screen protector is easily scuffed. People always tell me that they can't hear me very well even with both sealing doors opened. That is annoying as they want to be closed. The fingerprint sensor works very well on mine though.

This case has been great. I have dropped my phone a few times and have very thankful for this case. Finding good quality and afford cases does not happen very often. The case fits very snug around the phone.

Great case! Both halves snap together perfectly. It says to remove the screen protector but I left mine on. Mine is a tempered glass screen protector and this case still went on just fine. Keep in mind this case also comes with a built-in plastic screen protector. The front & rear frames are thick enough to raise it a respectable distance off whatever surface you're setting it on. The rubber flap at the bottom that covers the speaker & charge port is removable so I took it off so I can hear the bottom speaker nice and clear. I did that mainly because I don't need the waterproofing, mainly because the s25 is already IP65 waterproof rated. There's a piece of fabric at the top speaker hole and I used a toothpick to break that out so I can also hear that top speaker clearly. There's a piece of plastic covering the camera lenses and that also easily pops out. This is a pretty nice case overall and it didn't affect touch sensitivity at all.
