This waist band was super thick and super uncomfortable. Was way too long for my torso (I’m somewhat short at 5’3) and overall was not what I was expecting. You could not wear this out and about unless under a big sweatshirt.

I got this in a large but it seems to fit like a small… size up or 2 , my stomach is not big at all and i can barley wear a Large…. i got another brand it fixs just excat… but this doesnt now i have to return it

When I say thank you that's exactly what I mean. This product has definitely help add to the result I am achieving in my midsection. Especially if you have children whether natural or c-section you know about the extra hang you are blessed with. With light midsection exercises as well as some cardio you will notice results. The waist trainer is actually comfortable and doesn't have that death boning in it making you feel like you are killing yourself. I purchased a large wore it for 3 days didn't wear again for another 3 days and noticed that I was able to fasten the 2nd row of hooks when I did put it on again, at first I thought wait a minute what's going on here but yep I am becoming snatched as they say. I have had this product for maybe a month or almost a month and now I am on the 3rd row of hooks. I honestly do not wear it everyday but when I do I use a toning and firming cream which seems to help with results as well as along with a little exercise, wearing around the house doing chores or ruuning errands. Also this trainer is not noticeable under your clothes or at least it hasn't been for me starting from the first time I wore it. I would recommend this product.
