When placing your order, select the option to ship in Amazon packaging. The shirts are mailed out *unsecured* in a clear slide lock bag. I'm 5'10" 165 lbs and Medium fits great for a tight compression fit. I would only recommend sizing up if you want it to fit more like a regular shirt. I use these as undershirts and for lounging around. They're great for preventing sweaty situations. The quality of the material and construction appears to be pretty decent.
