I wanted an affordable, simple black mirror for my updated farmhouse powder room that wasn't total crap. This mirror is not high-end quality by any means, but it was perfect for my purposes and pretty decent quality considering the price. The packaging was pristine...came very neatly boxed with the parts and mirror protected. No blemishes whatsoever. It was decently sturdy but not too heavy. And it looked great once installed! It was a little difficult to install by myself. I had to prop up some boxes to support one side while holding up and fitting the mirror in one side basket. Then I took the supported side and fit it into the other bracket. It's held on the brackets by two threaded finials. With two people, install would be simple. Any mirror like this would be harder with just 1 person. I did not have any studs to hang it on but it feels very secure with anchors. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice-looking mirror but don't want to pay big $$$$. Satisfied customer! ... show more

The installation template wasn’t perfect so I just used a measuring tape instead. Easiest to install on side put the mirror up and mark where the next side should go. Then measure to make sure it’s accurate or use a level.
