The shirts are a true white and are comfortable, not scratchy or itchy and they wash up very well. They hold up well and stains come out pretty good just need to pre-treat and or bleach. I am in the restaurant industry. I wear these every day and they take a lot of abuse and a lot of washes and they have held up great so far. I got this for a tuxedo Im wearing. The fit is slim and flattering. I like that the buttons are hidden. Overall a stylish dress shirt for the price. Im 5’5” 130 lbs and ordered a small.

Well made, attractive shirt for work as a server. Love that the buttons are hidden. Fitted and made from a decent quality material. I have a number of tattoos, and you can see them slightly through the shirt. A note on sizing: having tried on other Chef Works shirts before, I ordered a small (though I’m usually somewhere between a S/M for other brands). This shirt is a bit more fitted and smaller cut than their gingham version. If between sizes, I would recommend sizing up, as the fit is quite tight in the shoulders.
