I have trouble with neck and mid back pain so I purchased this in hopes that it could help me, and I LOVE it! I use the roller on my neck and the wheel on my shoulders and back. It does the trick to relieve the stress in my muscles. What I like is that there are so many components to this simple gadget so it can do so much on all muscle groups. They cheaped out on the plastic in the sphere shaped massaging ends. They left out the sides of the spheres in the mold and when you go to use them at different angles they will catch the sharp edge on your skin. Really they are unusable at certain positions. I understand they need to worry about weight but they could make the pickaxe head a bit more durable and manufacture a more precise fit to reduce the give/wobble of the head.

The media could not be loaded. Teeter has always made amazing quality products. The T3 is no different. This a a great product that no only works well with massaging your back, but multiple parts of your body. Whether you use the wheels are trigger point options, it feels great. On top of of giving yourself a great massage, now it's time to give yourself a great stretch. What a great product for the money. I look forward to getting a ton of great use out of the T3. a great addition to my "fight-fibromyalgia-toolbox." I didnt know how much I needed it until I used it a few times. Now I use it everyday. I live alone so its design allows me to reach and roll over my entire back! Its the best self-massage tool I've ever had (& I've had MANY).

My husband and I love this contraption. It is the perfect solution after carrying a sick (clingy) baby all day which has done a number on my neck/upper back. It is much sturdier than it looks and works better than other ones I have tried at friend's homes as well as the one hanging in my chiropractor's office.
