Our little ladies have a Switch and asked for a game that all of us could play on family date night. After watching an evenings worth of “top family switch games / multiplayer / co-op couch” style games on YouTube, we decided to go with this one. I am not a gamer, but this is by far one of the most fun games I have played with my family! Everyone caught on easily, but the challenge of beating the game, along with the side challenges and mastering the character moves makes for HOURS of fun together! Well worth it for any family wanting to have some fun time together accomplishing tasks as a group collaboration, as I am not a fan of fighting or competing against my daughters. I have played every TMNT game And this is hands down the best ever. Now with 11 characters to choose from & 6 players local or online!! This makes it so fun, We played every week with friends & family locally and online. I am beyond impressed.

I never did receive this item from Amazon. They sent me the PS 5 copy despite selecting the Nintendo Switch version. Received a replacement that was yet again the PS 5 version. Had to purchase from another retailer to get the Nintendo Switch version. For the price tag, its a nice package. This was the first Switch game that actually includes a booklet. Its not an instruction manual but more a brief showcasing of the artwork of the game. It includes a Personal Pan Pizza coupon from Pizza Hut. That alone is very nostalgic of the way the coupons looked from the late 80s/early 90s. Its nice that PizzaHut took to the iconic logo a few years back, making this coupon seem like a nice touch. The pixel art stickers are a nice bonus.Has all four turtles,April, & Splinter. The game plays great. The pixel art is well done and very detailed. The music with vocals matches up even though its not really the style I'd have chosen. Each level is fun to playthrough. The game is rather short but thats on par with the two arcade games from back in the day. The online multiplayer is a nice touch that adds to the fun factor. The DLC content didnt really appeal to me. The two extra characters are nice to have but after trying them out, I cant say they'd be my choices to play as throughout the game. The new Survival mode adds a little replay value if you are into that specific format. I didnt find it all that interesting. I'd rather have had a few more stages added on. This is a game I'd recommend to anyone who was a fan of the original arcade game or the sequel Turtles In Time. I waited over 20 years to have a new turtles game (with my generation's ninja turtles) in this specific style, so its been a joy that someone actually went about in making it. ... show more

Great game, really wish they would have updated the game to include multiple saves slots on one switch profile. Provides a good level of challenge for the average player of any age. Love that they included the DLC with the anniversary edition. Combo's aren't crazy to learn. Even if you want to put it on easy and button mash you'll have a good time.
