I still have the original from the 80‘s. The quality was better these days. The roof of the new one doesnt really close. The plastic seems to be thinner and is not everywhere in shape. I know that it doesn't seem legit bc they only have one stock photo. But I'm here to tell ya....its legit AF. For those of us who ddnt get the OG version, for those who don't want to pay those ridiculous resale prices. We caught a break. Obviously this is the reissue party wagon that was in Walmart. At a reduced price but its actually at the OG price from back then; super dope. Now u get what u pay for. Different colors, less stickers, very cheap plastic. Id say be careful when opening the roof (lid), I question the longevity of action. Nevertheless, pretty darn cool. The packaging is basic, not the best. Plus my wagon's box had a dent in it. Like they couldn't get this toy out of the warehouses fast enuf. But definitely worth it. Get it! ... show more

Our son had one when he was a boy so it was nostalgic and fun to shop for one for HIS son. But, WOW! Found them from $25 to hundreds??!?!? Our son says the new one is the same as the one he had as a child. I guess we will figure it out if it lasts. Our grandson was thrilled and watching "dad" put it together was fun for me! Be diligent! I should have gotten the first one i saw and was tempted to splurge to buy a more expensive one, but eventually found one at the original price. Market value is $50, collectible value is apparently much more. ... show more

Bought this for my display case. Someone mentioned in there review that the plastic used in this remake is not as durable as the original, and they’re correct, but is still a great buy. The stickers are already placed on the bus, and the assembly is a breeze. I love it.

    • Not the same as the 90s version
When I was a kid I did not have the original Party Wagon, however q prima school class mate did and he lent it to me for a weekend so I have that cherished memory of it! I was hoping this re-release would be as good or maybe even better than the original but it was not the case. The plastic feels super cheap, the bombs have no stickers (I rememeber them vividly) the eject seat is missing its seatbelt (It was a rubber band but still it's missing) and the solera came already placed on the wagon and they were placed poorly. The QA process is super and I would not recommend it to any TMNT fan. ... show more

This is so fun, it’s almost the same as the original except better. The plastic is much more sturdy and it comes with the decals in place already. My 6 year old is having so much fun with it. Definitely worth the purchase.
