The actual shirt is okay, it's high quality materials (which I mean it better be, right?) It's thick and sweater-like, which I don't really understand it being a short sleeve Hawaiian type pattern. The fit is a little bit tight, and I was disappointed with how it came packaged and shipped wadded up in the box like a donation. My husband is going to wear it on a cruise, and it feels premium so I'm giving it 4 stars for the fact that it probably was expensive to make, but no way is it worth the asking price.

This shirt honestly surprised me. The first thing that stood out was the look. It’s really beautiful and different, with a unique style that stands out from typical shirts. So I am 5'7", and this small size shirt fits me well. It goes a couple inches past my waist, which I prefer. The shoulders are a bit narrow, so if you have broad shoulders it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a size up. The material is mostly viscose, and it is in a middle ground between rough and soft. It is not nearly as soft as cotton shirts, but it isn't scratchy or itchy. The shirt is very heavy for a T-shirt, and it is definitely noticeably more heavy than most shirts. It isn't very breathable either, so I would recommended wearing it on cooler days instead of the middle of the hot summer. The quality of the shirt seems good, it doesn't seem fragile or light it would tear easily. Also I like the appearance and design of the shirt, the red leaves and blue flowers looks nice. It looks a bit vintage, like someone's grandma knitted this. What I am not a fan of is that since this luxury T-shirt has viscose and polyamide, it will shrink if you wash it normally with hand or machine washing, and it has to be dry cleaned. That makes it much more inconvenient to wear often, unless you already frequent the dry cleaners. Overall, this is a good quality shirt, however the high price and hard to clean factors make it hard to justify buying again. I would say this shirt is a decent value for the cost.

Nice shirt, but stupidly expensive. I'm struggling to find nice things about this shirt because nothing justifies the price tag. Ignoring the outrageous price tag that is not at all worth it even if price is no concern, this is a nice shirt. Fits well, comfortable, and looks great. If I owned a yacht, I'd be wearing this on it. Can't recommend it overall. It's just a shirt, it's not going to change your life.

I love this polo! Ted Baker makes some really quality stuff and now that the storefronts are gone, my concerns that quality would diminish is gone - after buying this knit top. When I put it on, I immediately thought to myself "the weight of this thing really feels strange, but I like it." After wearing it a few times, I was addicted to the quality of the material, the weight of the fabric, and the periodic comments about how good it looks. I should warn you that this is a dry-clean-only shirt, and for the price, you really don't want to risk it shrinking or getting too wet and blob-ing out, which the two materials this shirt is made of are prone to do. Likes: + color is stunning + material looks and feels expensive + construction is durable and well made + heavyweight feels nice on the body + fabric feels luxurious on the skin Dislikes: - expensive - high maintenance If you can afford it, this polo will spoil you in a way that other clothing just can't. 5 / 5 Stars: Bougie Must Buy

First off - this is an exquisitely made knit top! The stitching is so impeccable that you don't even want to wear it - you just want to look at it, LOL. This clothier has been around since the late 80s, and was recently relaunched - this heavyweight knit top being one of their newer offerings. It's heavy but, ironically, you don't get a sense of it being heavy when you're wearing it. I could totally see myself wearing this in warm weather! It's just that well constructed. From the flawless stitchwork to the style of the shirt itself, this shirt COULD be a winner, but please note: The sizes run SMALL. I wear a size XXL, so I ordered an XXL (size "6" on the label). Let me tell you, I almost cried - this beautiful, carefully constructed knit top fits me like an XL instead of XXL. Their size "6" should be equal to a UK or US XXL - based on the 17" collar, 38" waist general rule. However, like many other foreign, high end clothiers, their "XXL" tends to be a size smaller than ours, so please take note of this! Honestly, besides the size difference, I have nothing bad to say about this shirt. I ordered the floral print and it is a work of art!

Ted Baker, what an amazing shirt! Okay, so this is definitely a heavyweight shirt, no doubt. It's heavy, but here's the kicker. When you put it on, it's actually breathable and feels comfortably cool. I have no idea how that even makes sense but apparently the design team at the Ted Baker studio does. The shirt has authority! From the detailed design, to the way it fits. It's presence commands domination of other surrounding linens. The length of the shirt felt a tad short at first but after I dressed it on, it actually fit perfectly. The sleeves feel just as comfortable along with the shoulders and underarm area. It drapes over a muscular chest attractively and the collar is spot on with how it rests around the neck. An actual true to size fit. The shirt is 100% appealing with comfort and fashion. It's not going to snag easily either. The buttons hold securely in place without any annoying unwanted loose ends. I can just tell by the high quality material that I'm going to have this in my wardrobe for a very long time. I'm sold on Ted Baker! What an excellent value for the money.
