I bought 4 wallet cases to try and find the best protection for my iPhone 13 pro max, this one was the best by far. It is the slimest, most secure and the cheapest. The other were twice the price but not a patch on this one.

The wallet generally met expectations for my iPhone 13 mini. I had a similar from Tech21 for my iPhone 6. The newer model isn’t as nice as the previous however. I would like to see an option that includes a ‘clear’ cover on the front and no credit card slots.

    • Excellent Protection minus design flaws

Provides complete protection for Iphone 13. However it comes only in basic black. These initial comments still obtain. However, I have noticed a major design flaw that can be more than a little annoying: the volume control buttons are on one side of the iphone located near the middle where one normall would grasp the iphone. Since one normally grasps the iphone lengthwise with one’s palm squeezing against the volume buttons, they are easily activated, especially the Down volume button. Thus, it is almost impossible not to press the overly soft pliable spline of the Tech case, thereby inadvertently turning down/off the volume. I’m constantly having to check that my iphone’s volume is turned up especially if I’m expecting a call. ... show more

    • The interior of this Tech21 wallet is not Flexshock, the whole thing is thin, hard plastic.
In videos of their prior wallet, the internals are clearly Flexshock and are marked Flexshock. This wallet is all hard plastic, and there is no Flexshock branding nor ribbing in the interior. Not good enough. I worship that gummy Flexshock material and the bendy bones, it has earned my trust, and so I bought an Evo Check. Too bad, I wanted that wallet format, and I'm peeved that I had to buy this case just to find out Tech21 has made a cheap and stupid choice with this iteration. ... show more
