I have liked Tech21 cases in the past, so I ordered this for my green phone, but am returning. It’s got a notable blue cast to it in my opinion, so the when you’re looking at your phone it almost seems around the edges like you have a very pale blue translucent case. Went for the Smartish gripmunk instead. Also, I have had a number of translucent Tech21 cases in the past (dark smoke grey, purple, etc) and they’ve all eventually gotten a bit of yellowing. I don’t really hold that against them because it’s almost inevitable with UV exposure, but just FYI. Yes, I get that the blue cast is a result of the additives or whatever to try to maintain clarity, but it was too strong of a tone for me when I’m looking for something totally clear. ... show more

Can't say enough about this case. My iPhone 13 came out of my pocket while riding the Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood. Last view I had was my phone about 6 feet in the air over my shoulder after it exited the car which was still probably going about 50-55 mph. We figured it hit the ground from somewhere around 20-25 feet in the air because the ride is elevated at that spot. We checked the find my phone app afterwards on another phone and my phone was still alive. After waiting for the park to close a ride manager went into the restricted area to look for my phone and several others. About 5 minutes later a ride employee returned my phone. The Tech21 case was cracked and partially split open on the side/back (see pictures) but there isn't a mark on my iPhone. Several of the other phones/cases lost that day didn't fair as well. ... show more

I like the protection and that it’s clear. I drop my phone all the time and it is never damaged with this case on it. The case takes the damage if I drop it on cement…I do like that it is sleek looking..u til I drop it and the case gets scratched but I guess the purpose of it.

I have always used the tech 21 cases. In the past they have always been protective and amazing and held up great. I recently got this case and it is not made as well as the ones I have had in the past. I dropped it once and it has a little crack in the corner already after less than one month.
