I love it and it looks great. The kids were playing soccer and the ball hit the top and busted it. The pump is good. The birds and squirrels battle over it and the neighbors love the sound too. I am sad I may have to buy another one because the ⚽️ buster the top portion of the fountain. Kids are always playing ball in this area, so it would be fine if they had another space. ... show more

Where to begin? I placed my order on a Sunday evening and the next morning found it for $30 less and requested cancellation. They refused. It wasn't scheduled for delivery until Saturday, so that was upsetting. However, it arrived this morning (Thursday). I took out the base, took these photos, then packaged it back up, requested a return label, and text'd my UPS guy for pick-up. The sun and my iphone make this look much nicer than what it is. Colors are not edited. It looks like someone took green weed killer and sprayed these down with it. The base color is ugly as well. Back it goes! A note to other reviewers, please include which fountain you purchased in your reviews when sellers offer more than one type. Not all fountains are created the same. ... show more

I’ve had this fountain for a year now and the ambiance it adds to the garden is wonderful. I’m in NE and I have to top off the water every day, mostly because of water loss from fountain splashing over the fountain edge. It’s such a joy to watch the birds drinking from it and taking a bath. To clean it once a month I just pour vinegar in the water and scrub with a brush then vacuum out with a shop vac then refill with water, it’s very easy to maintain. In the winter I drain and remove the pump put burlap in the basin to absorb moisture and then cover with clear plastic. ... show more

    • Pretty but a few issues to consider

Pretty good fountain with pros and cons. For me, the color and style was perfect for my back porch and the price was very reasonable. The package was quite damaged and taped back together upon arrival, but everything was padded pretty well, so no evidence of damage to the fountain itself. Negatives: the pump is way too strong - even turned down to the lowest setting, it sprays water everywhere and makes a mess as well as being very loud. Fortunately, I have several other fountains and fish tanks, so I have pumps, tubing and connections to spare :) I swapped it out for a lower GPH and was able to rig the connection to work. Much better - still a nice sound but not so loud as to be annoying. The water splashing is reduced as well. Another negative is the bowl size, which only holds about 2 gallons. I've had to refill it every day as there is no auto shut off feature. I feel sure that when the heat cranks up this summer, I'll be filling it twice a day. I'd probably still purchase it again because it's really pretty and looks nice on my deck, but the fact that it will need frequent refills is a bit annoying. I will most likely seal it as these types of outdoor features made of painted resin tend to fade or chip within a season or two - I'll also replace the pump with one that has an auto shut off feature.
