I purchased this after not being super impressed with the more expensive Traxxas slash just for comparison. The Traxxas may be a tad bit faster but other than that I think this truck out preforms all other aspects of rc short course trucks.

    • Good truck for the money.
You can run the truck for a good 15min to 20min on 2s 5000mah lipos. Tires are too hard, though. It might even need softer springs, but the truck is pretty good, over all. It handles pretty good for want it is.

This car is good one of the tailights randomly stopped working no cables were cut or anything also another thing is 2 tires litterly ripped in half and what I’m most disappointed at is the steering servo just broke randomly while driving it and got stuck only turning left besides that car is amazing and fast ... show more

    • Ran great for 17 minutes!
I opened my new car at the rc track. I raced it 3 times for a total of 17 minutes. When I went to turn it on the next day the steering was very glitchy and would not go in a straight line. I called associated and I haven’t Hurd back.

    • Truck is fun and fast
3 Stars because when you pay $330.00 you do not want to see surface scratches on the body, yes I know it will happen but let it happen when I do it running it. Better quality assurance would prevent this.

    • Awesome, Durable, Fast.
This thing is awesome! very durable! Would definitely recommend 3s batteries. Also recommend replacing the Hex bolts holding the tires in place. Tire fell off on very first run. I replaced them with locking nuts and it was ready to go. This thing is Fast, probably why the tire couldn't stay on. For the price it is well worth it. ... show more
