First off, let me say that I was worried this helmet was going to be HUGE! The helmet I purchased prior to rolling the dice on this one was absolutely ENORMOUS and I ended up returning it. I gambled on this helmet and right when I saw the box I knew it was a winner in terms of shell size. Having said that, this helmet for the money is really nice. It's not too heavy, the fit is spot on and I like the look of it. I feel much safer riding around on my E scooter with this thing on. Also, I highly suggest getting the quick release buckle kit for it as this one has the D ring set up on the strap. 👍🏾 ... show more

This helmet is a good value. If you're looking for something to meet DOT requirements, this helmet will work. It's not a premium helmet, but you're not paying a premium price. A couple of observations on this helmet: (1) the chin strap is significantly lighter duty when compared to my Biltwell helmet; (2) there was a piece of plastic inside one of the foam padding inserts which scratched my face the first time I put the helmet on. I removed the insert and rounded off the edge of the plastic and it fixed the issue. ... show more

I bought this specifically because I bought a beefy ebike for the winter; The icy roads are tough to traverse with an ebike and I ended up wrecking 3 times :P but this helmet never got a scratch and saved my noggin from the snowbanks and road :D
