I had low expectations for this TV, for $269 for an 55” smart TV, and to be honest, I was prepared to return it if the picture quality was bad. But I was surprised at how great the picture quality and sound are! I wanted it for an outdoor showing of the Eras Tour for a large group of friends and had planned to show it on a projector and screen but it was too bright when we did a dry run the week before the event, so I purchased this on Amazon in a bit of a panic, with a hefty dose of skepticism. It was easy to connect it to external speakers for our outdoor performance. I had the option to enable it with my current Fire TV settings, so when it arrived, set-up was so easy, it was essentially plug and play. All my apps were loaded and ready to use. I’ll be keeping this TV, it’s great!

I just got this TCL 65-Inch Smart TV for my husband, and let me tell you – it’s a hit with the whole family! The picture quality is incredible with Dolby Vision HDR, and the sound is super immersive thanks to Dolby Atmos. My husband loves watching sports on it, and the kids are obsessed with playing games – the 4K resolution makes everything look so crisp. Plus, the Alexa integration makes it easy to control, and I love that it’s Apple Airplay compatible! It was super easy to set up, and now we can stream all our favorite shows. Totally worth it for the whole family!

Overall, a good TV. Pros: Decent picture, you can connect your Bluetooth headphones to it which is huge for me, lots of apps available, the price was right. Cons: It doesn't get very loud, so you might want some speakers too. My major gripe is that if you pause the show or hang out in the menu the sleep timer shuts the TV off after about 5 minutes and there's no way to change that setting. I'm sick of getting up to feed the cats and coming back to my TV being off.

Arrived before expected packaged well. No damage. Was hard to find the holes for wall mount...finally saw them amost on the bottom. So beware. Got it wall mounted and the mount shows on the bottom as the holes are so close to the bottom on the rear. Usually the wall mount holes are in the middle. So if you're going to mount on an existing one, beware. The set up was very easy. Turned on and it was already set up for our Amazon account. That was nice. Download and installation of apps was easy. Within an hour all was complete and was operating just like our old one. The picture quality is good....but we're not fussy. Some would say it could be better but at this price point I can say it was as good a picture as the one we replaced that was much pricier and died after only 4 years. The sound is better than our old one as well. I like that the remote is the same as the one we had for our fire stick, which we no longer need. Overall, I've very happy with this TV and the entire transaction.

I use to love TCL products. Great picture and sound at a wonderful price. Not this one! A few months after getting this TV, we started having buffering issues and connection issues. Now, I must say, we live in Southwest West Florida, where other than terrible drivers, we're known for our completly unreliable internet and cell phone service. So, initially, we chalked it up to that. Then, after a few more months, switching Internet providers, having service techs out, running speed checks over and over again, we started to suspect that it was the TV. Now, that issues were random, sometimes a couple times a night, then they could not happen again for weeks, months. So, yes, it was the TV. Now, by this time, even though I had reached out to TCL tech support, by the time we were 100% sure it was the TV. So I go back to Amazon, A, because of their return policy, and B, because I took out the extended warranty plan with the big "A" insurance program. That's when the finger pointing started. Amazon and the insurance company said it was still under the manufacturer warranty, TCL says it's not. Luckily, the insurance company is going to honor their plan, but I have to take it to the local service center which is an hour away and has bankers hours, not to mention how long it's going to take to determine the issue, if they can and get a replacement or refund. So, NO, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TCL PRODUCT AGAIN.

Yep this tv is amazing you can get Crunchyroll & HiDive on it. As well as all of the more basic streaming applications. Definitely worth the buy. The screen quality is pretty awesome a lot of settings for adjustability. Quite literally plug & play. The remote control is pretty good as well, though I’ll say one complaint would be the software it’s slightly buggy. But the good news is that they still offer firmware updates. So every negative about software slowly gets fixed with time!
