Bought this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to get a good bit of use on it before I left a review. I gotta say, it was definitely worth the purchase but there are things to consider. First off, I got a $99 coupon so the price I paid was about $200 for the phone, that alone is huge. All in all I give the phone a 4.5 outta 5 all things considered. Battery life is decent, it's not going to run movies or games constantly on full brightness all day or even probably that long but regular use on reasonable brightness for a day results somewhere about 50% left maybe less. Operation is relatively smooth, however I've definitely experienced some issues with the phone being overloaded with tasks and feeze up, mainly while running Google maps and toggling to another app however the issues are not frequent and considering the fact it's sold as a $300 phone it's pretty solid for what it is. Just don't expect it to be able to mine Bitcoin for you. Also, I read some reports of people having issues using this phone on Verizon networks and as someone who this out after he bought the phone Im grateful to say that it totally works with Verizon! All in all this is a decent phone and especially considering the $99 coupon it is a really good deal. It's no powerhouse or iPhone 69420XL but for a $200-300 phone with 256g memory and functions well it's honestly a steal.

Pros: - Has a headphone jack - Has an SD card slot - Has a physical thumbprint reader on the back (Those first three are features I find essential that a lot of newer high end phones don't have) - 6 GB of RAM - Snappy performance - No bloatware - Good interface - Great price - Comes with a basic screen protector - Decent camera with lots of lenses for different shooting styles - Good facial recognition Cons - Camera really does not do well in situations like taking pictures of Christmas lights - Not water resistant

So far have had this phone for 24hours. I just replaced a very old lg phone. This phone is such a great deal and I love the fun stuff on it. Still learning the smart features. Love the chat bubble features. I am really impressed with this phone! Clear call quality,loud speaker and the camera is too cool. Update phone still works amazing! It is fast still impressed for the price!

Screen size lovely, battery life on standby etc lovely. Ear jack port? Located at the top of the phone so if you're charging while trying to use the music features? Fuggetaboudit. Volume maximum? Meh. 4 cameras and still fuzzy? Boo-ty. The sounds it makes? Awful. Swipe feature is delayed and nothing remains as you put it in the menu tray. NO I DON'T WANT WIFI CALLING AS MY FIRST OPTION! Keyboard is weird and reacts with a delay. Phone turns itself off at times. It's a lot of nothing. Also, the Whatsapp ring does an eeeeeeeee for like a solid 4 seconds AFTER the message chime. Sending and receiving more than one message or convo? IT'S TORMENT. Finger scanner doesn't work with 2nd registered finger. I know it's a cheap phone, but even among other cheap phones, this one isn't very good. Great TVs though. Great starter for a 7 or 8 year old. Who isn't tech savvy. Or likes nice things.

The phone has extremely bad GPS. It's so bad that it's practically unusable when walking (it's always many blocks off... Sometimes about a mile off). The tech support claims this is happening with all customers who use AT&T. The phone is fast and has many nice features. But the camera is very bad compared to the statistics (it sounds like it'd be good but it's blurry whenever I take a photo or video). The microphone is absolutely terrible, especially during concerts... If you try to record music it's embarrassingly bad... Just sounds like static. But it was really cheap and i honestly would have kept it if the GPS wasn't so bad that i can't use it while traveling basically at all.

I loved this phone once I got it working, but it's been off since oct, and lifeline just got approved me again, but the pos verizon i have gets turned off today. It was working fine this morning and then it shut off so I tried to charge it and just get a blinking charger? Could I exchange or upgrade or do you do that
