Bought this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to get a good bit of use on it before I left a review. I gotta say, it was definitely worth the purchase but there are things to consider. First off, I got a $99 coupon so the price I paid was about $200 for the phone, that alone is huge. All in all I give the phone a 4.5 outta 5 all things considered. Battery life is decent, it's not going to run movies or games constantly on full brightness all day or even probably that long but regular use on reasonable brightness for a day results somewhere about 50% left maybe less. Operation is relatively smooth, however I've definitely experienced some issues with the phone being overloaded with tasks and feeze up, mainly while running Google maps and toggling to another app however the issues are not frequent and considering the fact it's sold as a $300 phone it's pretty solid for what it is. Just don't expect it to be able to mine Bitcoin for you. Also, I read some reports of people having issues using this phone on Verizon networks and as someone who this out after he bought the phone Im grateful to say that it totally works with Verizon! All in all this is a decent phone and especially considering the $99 coupon it is a really good deal. It's no powerhouse or iPhone 69420XL but for a $200-300 phone with 256g memory and functions well it's honestly a steal. ... show more

I bought this phone the end of April. Well today it just up and died. I can turn it on. But can not slide the screen at all to get to where I put my pin in. But I did have my finger print saved. But when you get to the screen it sounds like a alien is talking. You can not go any where. I did a hard stop to put in safe mode same thing. It is broke. So 250.00 down the drain in about 100 days. Do not buy. Because now I have to buy a new phone. I am beyond upset. So save your money. Buy another phone. ... show more

Bought in April, stopped charging and wanting to charge in November. Battery drained super fast and not I cannot get into the puone to get all my personal info. Because...well, it will not charge at all. Don't waste your money.

    • Android to Android Restore isn't easy
The phone is sleek and handsome for sure. Great specs and camera. Google is annoyingly more difficult these days in transferring data easily and completely phone to phone. Pics and contacts are easy but text messages and app retrieval is tedious and time consuming. I have to go back into Google Play and download each of my apps one by one. I have 113. Setting up a new Google phone TCL has no simplified way such as Samsung, Motorola and even Huwei. Those brands have a specific app to be used for complete and total transfer of ALL DATA. Wish I had that with this phone. I'll like the phone better once I get through two weeks of setting it up to my liking. ... show more

Simply an incredible phone! And for the low price compared to Samsung or other Android manufacturers, it just can't be beat. I've owned my TCL10 now for about 6 months. No issues except recently its occasionally had trouble finding the internet - I'm not sure if its a Mint cellular issue or the phone. However, by powering off and on that always works and resolves any internet issues. Incredibly large screen and 256mb of memory with all kinds of other power features - where are you going to find a phone like this for less than $200? Nowhere! ... show more

I'm a sucker for TCL products. This is an amazing phone! The camera is high quality. It does have face recognition, fingerprint access, and everything else you could ever need in a phone except for wireless charging. Pair this with TCL earbuds and you're ready to rock and roll!
