The media could not be loaded. I love it! The instructions were easy, you have to pay close attention where the “notches” are because once it’s put together it’s hard to take apart, a put a board on backwards and it didn’t want to come undone. Took about 1.5 hours. Very sturdy, it looks beautiful!

I love it! I didn’t have a hard time assembling it. Took about an hour-an hour and a half. It looks great, the heater feels great. Works with my room so well. Isn’t as big as I thought it would be, but works perfectly in my room. UPDATE: The fireplace started making a low humming noise when I’d turn the speed of the flames up. Contacted the sellers, sent them a video of the noise and they immediately sent a replacement fireplace within 2 days. They are very helpful and super responsive!! The new fireplace is perfect!! The fireplace is last to install on the directions. It’s kind of hard to screw in the small screws with so little space. It will definitely be hard if you don’t have small hands. But I had to create the holes because there were none and screw the screws in that way. Other than that, I’m very happy with this purchase! FURTHER UPDATE: The new fireplace soon started making the same noises again. To drown the sound out, I turn it on, change the speed of the flames once and turn the heater on low. When it's just the fireplace on with no heat, you hear the sound. It's annoying even when I got a replacement but I'm not going to ask for a third one. Just learning to deal with it. ... show more

What a treasure very easy to assemble love the slights and the many colors and the level of lightening you can use. The fireplace with the lights on makes for a wonderful comfy cozy setting. Very well built and great value for my money as I searched several sites this was the best price and time of delivery. It actually arrived a day early which was perfect. I now look forward to going home at the end of the day to relax with a good show on tv and the fireplace and lights on. The fireplace has several settings which makes it even better as I can have it on with no heat. I recommend this highly you won't be disappointed. ... show more
