The canopy comes in a bag labeled mosquito net. The string of stars and battery light kit, do not come with anything to attach them to the net. The net does not open like in the pictures. This was bought because my daughter saw one on a magazine it wasn’t the most expensive one out there but it wasn’t the cheapest I decided on this one because I didn’t want to loose out on money if she would ruin it. She loved it so much it’s cute the color is very bright pink and the best part was it came with some string lights and star garland type thing which made it even more amazing. There isn’t a slit in it but I like that there isn’t because then it will do what it’s supposed to and allow her to sleep with the window open in summer and keep mosquitoes out!! The canopy itself is cool. Makes any bed look like a princess bed. Only downside is the lights. Wish you could also plug in but only runs on batteries which drains easily since my daughter uses them to keep the lights on all night. Lasted 2 days full light. May want to consider adding a plug in feature like other lights I have bought from Amazon. The moon and star lights are a nice and cozy touch. We do not use them with the canopy but to accentuate something else. ... show more

This product was supposed to be used to decorate my goddaughter‘s bedroom, her bed specifically because she wanted to canopy the canopy that you all sent does not work because you sent one piece that does not open up and it did not come with the lights. it did not come with the stars, and it did not come with the hook to hang it up, so yeah… Not impressed. ... show more
